Chocolate Pudding in Puff Pastry Shells

Chocolate Pudding in Puff Pastry Shells – I had Puff Pastry Shells that really needed to be used up and I had no idea what to do with them. We needed dessert for tonight, so I decided to make chocolate pudding to put in the puff pastry. I used the recipe below from Cooks.com.

It was a very easy recipe, a good one to keep around. I didn’t have any cream to make whipped cream, nor did I have ice cream. Boo! I did have bananas and almonds, though. It was a tasty follow-up to our chowder. 🙂
