30 While 30: 6 Month Check-In

I cannot believe half a year has passed since I began my 30 While 30 project!  How time flies. :)  I've completed 13 of 30.  I have chocolate mousse ready to blog, so there's one more.  If I really wanted to stretch it, I could say that we had a fondue party with our regular fondue dinner from Christmas Eve, but I'd still like to do a full on fondue party, so we'll see!  I'm not quite halfway so I have to stay on top of this list!

You're moving right along! Great job! If you're looking for a good short rib recipe I have a delicious Asian short rib recipe on my blog. Can't help you with the pad Thai, though! Mine was a disaster!
