This was my attempt with cake pops and they turned out pretty good, I think. They are a lot of work but I found them fun and relaxing-ish. I used chocolate cake because that is what I had all the ingredients for but I probably wouldn't do that again...it made the candy coating sort of a funny color. Not as vibrant as I would have liked. It sure tasted good, though!!
Definitely check out Bakerella's site for in depth details!! I will be making cake pops at the next available opportunity, that's for sure!
