PW's Fluffy Potatoes

Or heaven. Either one is a fitting title.

Truly, potatoes please me. Almost always. I just love them. Yum! Mashed, baked, grilled, roasted, twice baked...Ah! Delicious!

I used Red Potatoes and of course the skin wasn't really thick enough but it worked okay. PW is a smartie. These are GOOD. James ate all the leftovers cold, after work, in the afternoon.

We had these with her Ranch Style Chicken. Yum!

PW's Fluffy Potatoes

Ingredients

9 or 10 medium to large new potatoes
2 tablespoons olive oi
l½ cup sour cream
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1½ cups grated Monterey Jack cheese
1 tablespoon chopped chives
1 garlic clove, pressed
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1. See PW's link above. You won't be sorry!

I was curious if you ever considered changing the structure
of your site? Its very well written; I love what youve got to say.
But maybe you could a little more in the way of content so people could connect with it better.
Youve got an awful lot of text for only having 1 or
two images. Maybe you could space it out better?

I think that everything said made a bunch of sense. However, think on this, suppose you added a little content?
I ain't suggesting your information isn't solid., however
what if you added a post title that makes
people want more? I mean "PW's Fluffy Potatoes" is kinda boring.
You should glance at Yahoo's front page and watch how they create post headlines to grab viewers interested. You might try adding a video or a picture or two to get readers excited about what you've written.
Just my opinion, it would make your blog a little bit more
interesting.
